FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
I can’t say enough good things about Angela! Always available with good info and willing to help.
The property was on the 4th floor, make sure you have 10Cents everyday so that you don’t have to climb every time, those are tall floors. I enjoyed the excercise but I understand it’s not for everyone.
The view from the apartment is gorgeous!
And the location is simple excellent!

GoodStayed with partner
We found this place ok. It’s renovated and spacious which is nice. Location is ok. It’s quite a walk from historic center. About good 25 minutes. It’s also loud as our room faces the courtyard and you could hear doors opening and closing all the time. Definitely bring ear plugs. Coffee machine didn’t work. Also there were so many instructions before check in. I did find amount of WhatsApp messages and requirements unnecessary and overwhelming as I’m on my holiday and last thing to do is want to deal with tasks for days. One check in time online is a proper way to do it.

GreatStayed with kids
The kitchen and the room was great, nice and cosy and the staff was helpful in accessing the place as there were a few doors you have to through to get the right place

Centrally located within walking distance from the train station and old town. The building looks old but so does everything in Naples. The room and amenities are very good so don't let it put you off. Great communication from the host and would definitely return.

There was no staff. The room was clean and the room was nice but no amenities at all in the room. There was a common room for use with a microwave and coffee/tea maker. Once in the room you are safe however the building surroundings were not good. Don’t go out after dark.

The communication with the complex was excellent throughout the stay with very detailed video on how to access the apartment. Location was also excellent and much quieter than we expected. It’s worth having 10 cents for the lift especially when you have cases .

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
The positive is it’s clean with comfy beds and a haven away from the street below which has drug use, rubbish and dog poo on the street, sadly this hotel is not in a nice area and I would not describe as a hotel, we saw no one although good communication via WhatsApp thank goodness I had my phone though as you wouldn’t receive communication otherwise. You need it to gain access and watch the entrance video- you have codes which open doors and it is a little complicated although ok when you have worked it out, if you arrive in the afternoon you need to bring coins for the lift otherwise it’s 4 flights with your luggage.
Our door handle sellotaped on was not reassuring to our room and entry lights not working with tape over them, electrical cables not secured away in areas.
No breakfast available and so I cannot understand why showing pictures. Felt misleading as I booked based on score but in reality would not return due to area and complexity of renting what felt like a studio lacking kitchen described as a hotel for which it was expensive without any hotel facilities.
Sadly the host also asks you to review only at 10 or not at all which then feels dishonest as a regular traveler with my family this is my honest opinion.

The flat itself and Angela's responsiveness were good. Water pressure was good. Price was good. We rate it about an 8 out of 10 only due to the location. A lot of trash, homeless, and drug use in the area. We just got here after being in Milan and Rome. So we were a little shocked at how unclean the area is. It is conveniently located as we enjoyed visiting Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius, and Sorrento via train.

FantasticSolo stay
Absolutely excellent experience. While getting in was a bit of a maze, they had very good information on how to do so, including a video. Angela was always quick to reply, often within minutes to email. The beds and pillows were comfy and provided exceptional sleep, the property was well kept and safe and there were plenty of towels and the WiFi worked well. You do have to pay to use the elevator, but stairs aren't that bad.
