The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10

Stayed with kids

The fact that they let people throw trash on property and cook fish food in the villas that smell so bad the guest in the villas have to also open the doors in the room to air out the smell is the beginning. Theres no enforcements on certain foods to eat or cook on premises. No enforcements on trash disposals. Buffet is like a war zone. People eat and just toss food everywhere. The property just recently opened but is breaking down quick.

I couldn’t ask for more! This hotel is more than beautiful! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 🌹 and the food from the 3 restaurants that we tried was so delicious! ( Yulong mansion, Roku Japanese restaurant and bar, marina’s kitchen)

Solo stay

This is a stunning property with beautiful views of Halong Bay from every window. My room was amazing - possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The food in the hotel is outstanding with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this idyllic property.

Solo stay

Most beautiful property I have ever stayed in! The staff was wonderful. The room was fabulous. The concierge Anh Tran was more than helpful, he suggested many special things to see and do, he was great. And Tiep helped greatly with taxis. I plan to return in March 2027 and bring my family from Lis Angeles. Thank you
