Wow. Gorgeous place. Great location- walkable to Dongdaegu Station. Great view, and very large space. Negatives: No washer or dryer. Very little towels. Only 1 tv in living room that you had to max out the volume to hear. No other TV’s. No paper towels. Marriott indoor pool and gym next door you can use for $$$. Pristine and modern, but less amenities. Great for price but those are the negatives.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom penthouse unit, and while the space was large, the overall experience was disappointing. The unit was not clean or properly maintained. We found numerous ants in the master bedroom, a damaged door, a leaking shower enclosure, and a malfunctioning shower head. Despite reporting the shower issue and requesting a repair, it was never fixed. There were no in-unit laundry facilities, no meaningful amenities, and no parking available within the building. To make matters worse, the building is reportedly involved in a lawsuit related to construction quality issues. Housekeeping services were also limited—you can only request a bedsheet change every three nights, which is unreasonable for a property averaging over $450 per night. Guests are not even allowed to use the seating area in the main entrance lobby because it is reserved exclusively for permanent residents. For the price charged, the level of service, maintenance, and overall guest experience falls far below expectations. I would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with young children.

Wonderful location, clean and very communicative staff. Room felt like a model home that didn’t have everything it needed for hotel guests - huge closet but no hangars for clothes, master bathroom had no shower curtain, no chairs for balcony, sofas in living room were not meant for relaxing but felt more like a sofa in a waiting room.

Staffs were so friendly and room was very clean. Location was very good as it was next to train stations. However it was a little disappointing that air conditioning is not available during March and also we can not use lounge area of the building. Other than those 2 things everything was perfect. Most stores are within 5-10 min walk distances.

This was an amazing place to stay and certainly wish I could’ve stayed longer. The place was huge, very clean, and had very high-quality appliances. The vast amount of storage space was insane. My brief interaction with staff was very pleasant and the location was very convenient for using the train station/metro. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
