Fantastic Staff was helpful. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked wonderful. Room was clean and good size. Bonus was fridge in room.

Rooms were large and could accommodate 3 people making it more cost effective.
Breakfast was like a zoo - too many people with limited choice.
Storing suitcases was 20 euros per suitcase- first time ever I have had to pay for storing a suitcase.
Suggest staying in central Venice.

Below average First off there is no pool. Secondly, there was a power outage for over seven hours as we waited at 40° scorching heat we asked for a refund to be able to book somewhere else as it was only them and another hotel across the street that had no power and it was a no every time.

Fantastic Expedia's listing presents a waterfront view in all photos, even when selecting basic rooms. This is false advertising. Hotel charges $77 euros for waterfront view. No where in Expedia's listing does is say that for a waterfront view, hotel charges a $77 supplement. So hotel gets blamed, when in fact its Expedia's add that is misleading.

Great L hôtel est très beau mais très très grand beaucoup de service offert mais beaucoup $$$ à compte tous est égal à $ nous avons réserver 3 chambre un départ à neuf heure le soir cela nous a coûté 80 euro pour pouvoir laissé nos valises le restaurant la nourriture est correct mais le service laisse à désiré et les employés ne sont pas très souriant à l exception de quelque un je suis désolé mais beaucoup d'efforts à fournir pour être servi correctement et ne pas avoir l impression de déranger

Great Tiny rooms, barely held our suitcases but comfortable and clean. It would be nice to have instructions on how to get to the property without taxi in the property description as it is very close but the taxi charges $20.

Fantastic Really enjoyed our stay here in Venice. A water taxi is needed to visit the heart of Venice, which we preferred to stay outside of the busy city center. Transportation is very easy to access & close from hotel to visit the city center. It has fantastic amenities such as bars & restaurants with great views of the water. Lovely staff!
