We had an excellent stay at Sapa Nature View Hotel. The place is beautiful and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable and very pleasant. While the breakfast selection is the same each day, everything is delicious and satisfying. Their lunch and dinner menu is outstanding and definitely worth trying. A special thanks to Martin and Anthony, who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Their hospitality made a big difference. The hotel also has a pool, which we enjoyed even at 16°C 😂—a fun and memorable experience! The location is perfect, very close to the center of Sapa, making it easy and convenient to visit tourist spots. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience at Sapa Nature View Hotel. The room was very spacious for an affordable price, and the television had a wide selection of movies. The view was also fantastic, with mountains and clouds. Very accessible to restaurants too, so very good location. Lastly, the service totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were one step above being very polite,helpful and efficient. Especially Tran Anh Tuan, Sunny and Martin. They improved our smooth experience at the hotel. The breakfast was also good quality. Do consider staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. They upgraded our room to the one with a balcony. Clean and huge beds in a fun, colorful room. Hot water is working. Though the toilet is positioned in a weird angle. Hair conditioner is not provided. It’s a bit cold when we went so we didn’t use the aircon. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Had good breakfast with a nice view of the mountains. Do visit the rooftop too! Lot’s of restaurants and cafes nearby. 5 minute uphill walk to Sapa station.
