it was a great experience for us. traveling of 6 hours with 2 stop over. the driver was very good in driving though some roads are bumpy but the driver was efficient in his job. you need to wear comfortable clothes and i suggest that 1 person per cabin for comfortability especially in the zigzag road

This hotel was perfect. Strategically located near the heart of Sapa, where the train station was, and where you get to hang or roam (food, massage, walk) with shortcut alley to help you navigate the place easily. The best part of staying here was the short-haired lady at the frontdesk who was really kind and warm, she gave us the room with a beautiful view, and even let us stay for a while until we had to leave for the bus station to go back to Hanoi. The room was clean, the bed was really comfy and we were able to sleep like babies. They also refill water/coffee daily. Only tiny thing we hope this hotel had was a working elevator but the great things about this hotel outweighed that detail.

This is one of the best hotels I've checked into. Frontdesk was super accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Price is very affordable. Location is just 5mins away from Sapa Station. Breakfast was amazing. Wifi was stable. Overall, great experience.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. They were always ready to help us and fulfilled all our requests. Location is good, very near to most amenities. There's also a massage parlour right below the hotel, the owner was kind to be the translator between the owner of the hotel and us and of course she gave us wonderful massage after a long walk for the whole day. Overall, we were so satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again in future.
