Lumiere Riverside is a condominium complex with office, shophouse and apartments. And we owned and rented total 36 apartments in this building complex for short and long-term rental. So please take note that: THE BUILDING'S STAFFS (security and receptionist) ARE NOT OUR STAFFS. There are some kind of apartments in our system, all the amenities (including kitchen, oven, stove, microwave oven, toilet, wardrobe, bedsheet, towels...) and quality are same, just go with some different design and other furniture. For each option you can see is its own picture. It means whatever you see on the option you choose is exactly which apartment you will stay. Lumiere Riverside is the top of the line at the moment in Ho Chi Minh City. + We have a salt water infinity swimming pool with the skyline view to the city. + All apartments have at least 55 inch TV, high speed internet 150Mbs and for 3 bedroom apartments up to 65 inch and 500Mbs for internet. + All apartment have automatic toilet by Kohler Veil cost 10.000 USD for one piece. + All rooms were setup with bedsheet, topper, spring mattress, bedsheet cover, two pillows, two towels, hair dryer, iron and iron table.
