An absolute 6-star experience from start to finish! The room was pristine, immaculate, and thoughtfully outfitted with complete modern facilities. A massive shoutout to our incredible butler team: • Nuonuo (糯糯): Our primary daytime butler who took exceptional care of us daily , handling our laundry bags, delivering food/takeout straight to our door, and patiently answering all our questions (from mailing postcards and using the Bluetooth speaker to arranging the rainstorm/storm SPA and private photography sessions!). • Chengzi (橙子): Our night-shift butler who seamlessly took over in the evenings, always ready to help pick up our packages and night-time deliveries. • Lychee: Our wonderful housekeeper who kept our room effortlessly clean, organized, and spotless every single day. Their combined warmth and incredible attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back when back visit Chongqing again!!

this is my second time here guys and it’s always great. the hotel and staff are type shiiii The hotel is located in the center of Jiefangbei, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants around. It provides 24-hour butler service. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart Bluetooth speakers. The butler Lulu's service is very good, and the experience is quite good. You literally can walk anywhere guys from here. I love all the staff frrr

Indeed a nice hotel! Everything was perfect and the location is right at the center of everything. Staff very polite and nice, they explained everything in detailed. There are free Thunder shower experience (for you to take photo under rain and thunder effect at a very big pool, so remember to bring your swim cloths!) and also a free set of dessert.

The hotel provides 24-hour delivery service and Lulu, our maid, during our stay was exceptional and very attentitive to us and our needs. The room was clean and tidy and the afternoon area area was very photogenic

Good location, nice facilitiy but no heater function worked. Hotel gave us portable heater but it was ashamed that such a good hotel & paying a quite expensive but doesn't have heater function.

this was a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff that were very accomodating! this hotel is located very centrally in Chongqing with an easy walk to some of the major attractions and shopping outlets. the room we booked had amazing amenities and came with a free afternoon tea voucher which was delicious! we tried the stormy spa that offered as part of the room and it was really fun. the night view was also beautiful
