FantasticStayed with partner
The property is amazing and beautiful. The staff is super helpful and very kind. The room was comfortable and just the right amount of space for the amount of time we spent there. Watching the sunset on the rooftop deck was the best part of the stay! The staff made sure everything was taken care of, right down to the food and drink recommendations for the area. We were on our honeymoon and they gave us champagne! Super thoughtful and awesome!

This is my second time staying at this property, i will still come back las time i stayed in a larger room this time i stayed in a more basic room and kind of felt eh about it but it will still nice. They have the beautiful touches that they do- the breakfast the water upstairs just little nice things. We took the bikes out and rode around, it was nice.

Beautiful updated boutique style hotel with great location across from the ocean and close to Moonstone Beach. Lovely viewing deck to look out at the sea. Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast was great. Bonus EV charging .

GoodStayed with partner
The person who greeted and checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. However, the room had only one chair, no desk or table, and the king bed was so far over to the wall that there was no night stand on that side and access to the bed was only on one side or by crawling in from the end.....very awkward in the middle of the night when crawling over the other person to get in and out of the bed. There was also no in-room coffee and we had to wait until the staff opened the office to get a cup of coffee at 7:30 a.m. It was an accessible room (which we did not need) and we noticed the following. A person confined to a wheelchair could not have hung anything in the closet (too high), or reached the bathroom sink, soap, etc., as the faucet was too high and the towels were placed in the lower level near the floor. Also, for someone wheelchair bound, the bed was very high.

FantasticStayed with kids
Everything was very clean, updated, & comfortable. Our room did not have AC, I don't know if I missed that in the description but we didn't need it.
The breakfast was just enough, a couple pastries to choose from, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, orange juice, coffee, & tea.
Our bed was comfortable, the room had just the essentials, but not lacking. I will most definitely stay again.

The moment we entered we were welcomed by the front desk. He was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and so cute. There is no AC unit. They do have a fan. I was cold and there is a heater unit so that worked out fine. During the day we just opened the window to let the breeze come in the room.

Great beachfront property. Clean cozy rooms. I had to request a fridge and coffee maker but she did it within 5-10 mins. Wonderful, polite, helpful Colombian girl working at the front. Super sweet.
They include some decent breakfast in the front lobby in the morning. This was a GREAT pit stop to finish our Big Sur drive before going onto Santa Barbara.

FantasticStayed with partner
This is obviously a converted motor lodge, however, I must say that this ranks as one of the nicest and well-thought out places I've stayed.
When we first arrived the inside motor court was full of cars which does detract from the initial impression. However, every detail was so well thought out both in the rooms and the rest of the property we were blown away.
We were first greeted by a bottle of bubbly and a handwritten card welcoming us to the hotel - who does that??
The room was clean, not a speck of mold in the shower, premium shampoo/conditioner, fluffy towels, beach blankets provided for cool evenings - the list of well thought out details is never ending. They even had umbrellas for people to use when it rained.
The lobby was beautiful with a coastal decor, breakfast was simple but elevated with excellent coffee and wonderful such offerings as slices of lemon cake with real ginger.
It is very apparent that the owners really thought out the details and very likely listen to the feedback of their guests.

Would not stay there. I felt like the bed was not clean. The rooms are too small.
