The stay was great! The unexpected property fees was ridiculous. The hold on my credit card was for 4 weeks.

Overall, our stay at the JW Marriott Clearwater was fantastic. While we had a slight delay at check-in, the staff quickly found us a comfortable and spacious room within about 30 minutes. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area, which made the whole experience feel personal. The valet service was a breeze, just a single daily fee with easy in-and-out access by texting for your car, and it would be waiting. As for the room, it was perfectly roomy, spotlessly clean, and had a nice balcony for relaxing. We never felt cramped. The bathroom was equally clean and well-appointed. Dining at Latitude 28 was a treat, the food was delicious, and the staff there were just as friendly and welcoming. Plus, the beach service was fantastic, they set up our loungers, towels, umbrellas, and the staff brought us food and drinks right to the sand. The beach was clean and the rooftop pool was lovely and warm. Overall, we’d definitely stay there again!

My stay at the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The valet parking staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk team made us feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I was especially impressed with the lady who helped us with information about local excursions. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The beach staff and workers were equally amazing—everyone was courteous, attentive, and eager to help. What stood out most was how polite and friendly every employee was. No matter where we went on the property, we were greeted with a smile and treated with excellent customer service. The entire team helped make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach and look forward to staying there again.
