good for a few hours rest. theres a lot of mosquitoes and you'll see rats too. the room doesnt have any ventilation or window. it has a fan, a kettle, essentials, not the cleanest but if you need a few hours rest, it will do for me. bed stiff as a board and just a flat sheet as blanket.

We stayed here for a short time just before our trip to Sapa. The place was small and the Family room we booked was on the ground floor. The noise from the children outside our room was super annoying especially for those looking for a short yet good rest. But Mr. Martin made up for it for entertaining us and his support and understanding and communicating in English. We felt secured because of him. Overall, nit he best out there, but if you want a quick and cheap stay, this is one of them.

great spot. close to everything. in the heart of ol quarter. easy to get food, shops, fruits, and very close to meeting points of you go for a tour. Also the best thing of this hotel is the manager Martin. he helps a lot. managing my trip, book my tours and calling me taxi with a good rate. I agree the bed is quite firm, and the room is very basic. but I don't mind, since I slept easy and the price is good for a solo traveler
