The staffs overall were very friendly and accommodating. The location is good but not the best because it is very accessible to everything. The room I stayed in is clean but outside corridor needs better upkeep and clutter. It is good for the price.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The place was clean! My companion left her jacket and after 2 days when she went back to ask if she ever left it there, they actually kept the jacket and seal it in a cellophane with the room number written on it.

The room is nice and clean. The staff ladies are kind and helpful. You can leave your luggages before and after check in/out. So it is very helpful if you want to explore Hanoi while waiting for your night flight. It's just that there are no windows, so you have to check your watch often to make sure it's already afternoon or not, esp if you have an agenda. Overall, very recommended.
