Thankful for secure on site parking as the neighborhood wasn’t the safest feeling. However, the staff were wonderful, polite and helpful.

The hotel itself was very good. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job every day, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The biggest downside is the noise. The hotel is very close to the subway, which is convenient for transportation, but the train noise is constant and quite loud. I could also hear airplanes overhead and traffic from the street outside. The windows do not provide much sound insulation, so light sleepers may have difficulty getting a good night’s sleep. Another concern is the surrounding neighborhood. While I did not experience any problems personally, the area did not feel particularly safe, especially at night. Overall, the hotel offers clean rooms, good service, and a great breakfast, but the noise level and the surrounding area may be important considerations for some travelers.

While my stay was short, I will be coming back for an extended visit. Thank you so much for everything!

The hotel cleaning staff does a great job at keeping the hotel and rooms clean. They offer a good breakfast variety hot and cold. You can even grab fruits to go. The hotel does offer limited parking which is truly useful. No parking really available in the area. My only complaint it’s a little overpriced $30 a day!! The staff was very polite and helpful. Checkout was quick and simple. I would definitely recommend. Just keep in mind it is not a fancy hotel. It is a clean hotel with great staff that offers breakfast located in the Bronx.
