Staff were fantastic - all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed, box big shower and a bar fridge with milk. Nice view over Hereford st. No pool. Breakfast was paid extra and had a decent selection of cooked options, toast, pastries, yoghurt, juice etc. Egg was bland, but common in buffet style breakfasts in hotels. Hashbrowns were good.
