Stayed with friends

The hotel was located in a great area. Our room was so quiet, we heard nothing from the road or other rooms. The bed was comfy, pillows were ok, I prefer feather over foam. We had small issues with charging functionality on the bedside tables that weren’t resolved. So we used a power strip from the floor. We had drinks & appetizers at Astra which was very nice & very reasonably priced. The staff were wonderful. And having a free car service, as long as you were within 5 miles was great, as the average temperature while we were there was 95!!

This hotel is simply stunning and feels as though you’re spending the night inside a beautifully curated museum. Every detail reflects elegance and luxury. The customer service was exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests, creating an experience that was both memorable and special. From start to finish, the level of care and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We truly felt pampered and look forward to returning.

This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again.

Great hotel. Elegant and well maintained. The only issue was the restaurant. We had planned a special celebratory dinner before a graduation ceremony at nearby Symphony Hall but never received our entrees because the waiter forgot to put in our orders.
