thank ypu very much klook and river suites hotel, we really enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Hoi An. The place was good, relaxing, clean, offer a good food, and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The best thing is that it is very close to the ancient town. Perfect location!

the place is perfect for those who want to be near the tourist spot about 10mins walk but quiet at night for a good rest. the staffs are also accommodating and nice. we arrived at around 10am and allowed us for an early check in. the breakfast is plated and is also nice and filling enough to start the day. the room is spacious and clean.

Location is perfect. Super near the Lantern boat area. Clean room. spacious. no elevator. the old lady is kind and accomodating but quite persistent.

Room is clean and spacious. Toiletries and mini bar are provided, Buffet breakfast was ample and consists of western, local and vegetarian options. They even offer eggs depending on your preference to be cooked fresh, There’s a spa, laundry and motorbike rentals nearby. it is walking distance to old town and very close to the big night market. I believe I got my money’s worth. Suggestion: I think that the towels can use some upgrade.

The hotel was very quiet and peacful, which made the stay feel ralaxing and cozy, I personally loved the decoration style-it had a charming old-town atmosphere and felt more like staying in a beautiful vintage house than a typical hotel. Tho room was spacious and well-designed, with a sofa inside modern shower. I especially liked that the room had two beds, making it perfect for families or group of friends since more prople can stay together and save money. If possible, I would defenitely recommened booking the largest room because it feels the most beautiful and worth the price. The hotel has a warm and homey feeling, especially for people who enjoy retro or classic-style accommodations. the rooms were very clean and overall felt extreamly cozy. The location was also convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so guests staying on the upper floors will need to carry their luggage upstairs themselves.

Great value for money! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.
