We had a great stay, making it a perfect option for stopovers or layovers. Our room was comfortable with all the essentials, and breakfast was solid. The noise level was minimal enabling us to get a goodnights rest prior to our flight, which is always helpful. The highlight, though, was the manager, Edward. He greeted us warmly and even went the extra mile by offering me coffee, eggs, and roti canai when I skipped the full buffet. For those heading to KLIA1, there’s a shuttle you can book, but if you’re going to KLIA2, it’s just a quick and easy walk through a covered underpass.

Everything is perfect in the room except that it has only 1 restaurant in there. You got no choice but to ride to the airport just so you can eat good food and snacks. but overall it's good. room, facilities, staff, cleanliness, air-conditioning, it's really nice. I remember one thing, the glass window should be one way tinted. my bad also co I didn't check first that you can see through the inside. so yeah. view is good and they have shuttle service also going to airport and going back to the hotel.

A very comfortable hotel for the next flight, and transportation from the airport to the hotel is provided, buggy service 24 hours non-stop... Cleanliness: A fairly clean and comfortable hotel... Service: Excellent... Transportation access: Buggy 24 hours from the hotel to the airport, from the airport to the hotel... Hotel location: Strategic location for people waiting for their flight the next day...

it wasn't easy to find but if you keep asking you'll eventually get there. It was worth the money especially if you have long layover.

Right at the doorstep of KLIA T2 & the KLIA Ekspres / Transit station, with plenty of F&B options, various shops, and a supermarket being close by. Assigned room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, with a generally quiet environment, along with shared shower & toilet facilities that were constantly well maintained. The front desk staff on duty were superbly agreeable & friendly. Overall, an excellent airport hotel for early departures, late night arrivals, and layovers. Highly recommended & would definitely return, hopefully with Solo Plus being available the next time.

there's a cockroach, the sink smells, otherwise it's okay for a quick one day rest place
