It's small, quirky, kind of romantic for some reason. The staff is extremely friendly. Great location. Great price for a quick night in Hanoi.

It is alright for a very short stay nit dont stsy long. Convenient for Hoan kiem lake and okd quarter.
Paint peeling in corridor and bathroom. Shower makes odd noise even when not being used. Sink wobbly. Small window right high up. Floor gets really wet from shower, even when door is shut. Only good thing bed is huge, two beds put as one. Smells damp.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially due to the great location of the hotel. Due to the current weather in Hanoi our original room had a damp feeling to it but when we highlighted this to staff they immediately moved us to a room which had more windows for better air circulation. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Great hotel for this price point!
