The food was delicious - had breakfast and dinner twice and we loved it! Everyone was very nice and helpful and everything was very nice and relaxing. Definitely feed the fish too!

Beautiful Property. It’s peaceful and the private Onsen area is excellent. Highly recommended for the family and people with Tattoos.

We had to arrive super late due to multiple travel issues, but they were still incredibly nice and accommodating despite that. The ryokan was gorgeous and the onsen was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed feeding the koi in the morning. Would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay and enjoy the mountains. Our whole group left happy.

Nice place. In a good place of town so you can access things easily. Service was great and the room was really nice. Had a special private suite with access to a private bath and access to the special onsen. Would come back again.

शानदार Lovely atmosphere with nice garden and koi pond. Food is top notch and very traditional. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean and feels welcoming.
