Room was nice and the free breakfast was surprisingly good, but I cannot get past being made to pay for to access my room one hour early.
This is the first time I've ever been made to pay for a early check-in at any hotel and it just left an immediate negative impression that lasted throughout the trip.
As well, why would you offer different check-in in times for different customers. 3PM is the regular time for checking in at most hotels for Japan, but here it's at 4pm? Why? It just creates confusion, even the bloke checking me in didn't realise until he nearly handed me the key.
Definitely won't be looking to book this chain unless they're no other reason option anytime soon

The staff were incredibly helpful, they made such a difference for our trip. The hotel is an easy walk to Ropeway and train station. Close to combini etc.

अच्छा The front counter staff were very helpful but the mattress on the bed was like you were sleeping on the box spring its almost like they forgot to put the mattress on it
