Location was great with an amazing pool and lovely staff. Only piece for us was with such a modern hotel how gross the bath towels were. We got one nice fluffy white one one day. The rest of the time they were grey, threadbare and falling apart which for us didn't really fit the rest of the vibe of the hotel. Normally we're fine with using towels for a few days but we got the room serviced everyday and while fresh, the towels all looked the same.

Great location, nice rooms but lacking in amenities for a family with two young kids - so not the most family friendly. Staff were very accomodating where possible. Would come back when kids are older.

Prefer to have wood laminated flooring rather than carpeted floors. No bedroom slippers provided. Check in staff (a young guy) was nice. Encounted one unfriendly female staff stationed at Level 20. Overall okay.

Everything was perfect at the hotel. Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staffs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, nice view, clean water. It was our first-time to Malaysia and we were happy with our visit.
