Excellent stay, clean rooms and guest areas, friendly and helpful staff. Everything you could want in a stay. Ice machine and filtered water on tap! great laundry, the machines have detergent dispensers built in so you don’t have to bring your own.

शानदार Always a wonderful stay with lyf whenever we visit Penang! Rooms are clean, staffs are attentive & helpful and location is great for my family heading to eateries, pubs, shopping.
GM of Lyf Nixen even became a close friend after so many past trips staying at Lyf.

बहुत बढ़िया It’s a good but not great property. Clean with a nice lobby and access to lots of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again, but it’s not my first choice in George Town. My favorite thing about the hotel is that it was washing machines and dryers!

The room was nice and clean, they clean them daily. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations. They were also very helpful when my wife injured herself paying great care.

I came with my elderly parents, and i really appreciate the hotel staffs' assistance. The hotel staffs were attentive, especially the girl named Collette. She is friendly, helpful and very passionate about this job. Even though she is not a front desk staff, yet she still provided assistance where possible. 1 most impressive point was before she signed off, she saw me at the lobby and she came by to make sure everything was alright with us, then only she went home. Another staff Ammar was handling our check in. In view of our situation (elderly parents in wheel chair), he proactively upgrade my parents to the OKU room which was more spacious and has extra amenities like handrail. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness.
Besides that, the hotel was clean with vibrant & modern design.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and i will definitely come back again. 5 stars without any hesitation.
Cons: if parking is free for guest, that would have been perfect. :)
