The location is great. However, the property maintenance could use improvement. We felt the photos were a bit deceptive online. The veneer for the cabinets is peeling, the showers don't seal well and leak, there were permanent water mark stains on the doors and showers, and the layout of the room is awkward. There were several towels still having stains as well as one pillow case we had. The second room we had came with a large stain on the floor. The front light by the door is automatic motion activated and can not be bypassed so the light flickers on and off if you get near it. This is very disruptive if you are traveling with young children who sleep earlier.

Great location and the staff were always so helpful and attentive! The facilities were well kept and the convenience store at the lobby was great and well stocked! We were able to walk, transit, and Uber to many locations from this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

so far all good but everyday, the room will have missing replenish items like water or tissue etc. other than that, all good. but i dont like the walkway light. keep turning on n off. and the common toilet at the ground floor is dark color. makes the whole toilet so dark and eerie.

We had a great stay at Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Myeongdong 2. The location is excellent—Euljiro is just across the street, with plenty of popular restaurants, bars, and nightlife nearby. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is also conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the heart of Myeongdong, where you'll find the famous night market and endless shopping options. The nearest subway station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Seoul. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only area for improvement is the breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights with breakfast included, and the menu was exactly the same every day. It would be nice to see some variation in the selection every couple of days. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Seoul.
