The location of the hotel is excellent. We stayed in the triple room as a family and it was quite spacious. The only drawback is that the hotel looks very “tired” and the rooms need a serious renovation. The carpet looks very old as well. If management takes the big step to renovate the rooms and the hotel, I am sure it would be a serious competitor among other hotels in Seoul.

The "hotel" is in an almost condemned old office tower. The foyer has pipes and duct work hanging out; no ceiling; closed down coffee shop. Quality is worse than a by-the-hour motel used by hookers! Absolutely disgusting. The doors to the rooms are industrial metal doors, reminiscent of prison doors; there are full time "residents"; living across the hall from the rooms.
We had to stay one night and could not stay other booked nights and left the place with the hope of getting money back but the hotel would not oblige expedia and kept our money. Hotel owners are deceptive. The pictures do not match the hotel. There are bed bugs.

औसत से नीचे Check in staff was kind, but the property and rooms especially need serious renovation and better cleanliness. A member of my party was sick and we could not stay given the condition of the room. The hotel did offer a room change, but based on the state of what we had already seen we declined and went to another hotel. We could not get a refund.
