Great hotel. Since I figured beds are tiny I booked a room with 3 beds so we all (my toddler also) can sleep great without having to squeeze into each other like in Kyoto. Clean and easy to get to from the Sannomiya train station. We took a nice walking stroll through surroundings and it's within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Staff was helpful when I had questions and the room was clean.

During our stay at Hotel Monterey Kobe, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The housekeeping was done carefully, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Even with some language differences, they tried their best to assist us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Their friendly attitude really added to the overall experience.
