Perhaps the best hotel we have ever visited. The personal onsen baths are amazing with a magnificent view of the bay. The room itself was expansive and beautiful. All drinks in the fridge are free. Breakfast is excellent . The staff is A+++ and very accommodating. The happy hour with free unlimited drinks is a nice perk. One caveat— checkin starts at 3 p.m. and not a minute sooner.

Breakfast dishes in the trays were not hot, almost cold. Good selection of foods but worrisome that not up to temperature
Rooms although nice, a bit noisy . You can hear neighbors foot’s steps and someone using a digital keyboard constantly… very annoying.
Also the onsen (hot tub) was not hot. Had to ask the staff to turn up the temperature…
The Wagyu restaurant was very disappointing , since did not have a reservation, they seated us in a corner ( thought we were in time out) facing a wall … even though they were regular tables available…
