Mr.Taiyo is the best guide for us and he manages organization things done very well and with alot of humour .Good organization, on time .Thank you for the day trip.And thank you for the best bus driver for today.we have a great day 😀

The places were xtremely crowded wen we arrived, so u rly had to be quick to take photos. .The time allocated for each attraction was also too short, making the entire itinerary feel very rushed.I wish they had allocated at least 1.5 hours at the pagoda, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and take photos without feeling so pressured, they cud have nformed us b4 booking that the round trip to the top would take around 30min, so we cud hav planned our time better.Evrythng felt like a race against time, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the attractions. kudos to our tour guide, Iris! Although her English wasn’t the strongest, she really dd her best to xplain the history of the places we visited around Mt. Fuji. I appreciate her effort and dedication in sharing what she knew with us.we were also unlucky as Mt. Fuji had no snow cap yet when we visited. Overall, the experience cud have been better w/ a mor relaxed itinerary & clearer expectations beforehand.

We loved the experience! Our guide Serina was very attentive, explained everything to us in English, and even took pictures of us. It was a very special day filled with great memories! I highly recommend taking this tour with her!! I hope to return to Mount Fuji one day, it's a wonderful place.

I had such a wonderful experience on the Mt. Fuji tour (18 Oct)!❤️ Our guide Tim was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout the day. I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making the trip so memorable Tim! Highly recommend! 😊✨

The tour was a beatiful day trip! Our guide Antong was very friendly! The bus had working ac, the assigned seating was very convenient! Antong was very patient and helpful throuh out the whole trip. The bus was super clean, and we still were allowed to eat on the bus! Plenty of opportunities to use the restroom! Our guide Antong was also very knowledgeable Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas! Bus driver also was great, safely took us on an 8.5 hour journey!

Very good trip but schedule is a bit tight, smooth ride with very friendly and supportive tour guide. Meeting point location is a bit confusing with all the name of the places mixed up on the brochure. Best to scan the QR code for location and try to get there early.

We had a great experience with our tour! This guy Naoto is cool and fun tour guide you can get. If you are a food lover, you’ll like this tour cause they will give recommendations on where to eat and brief history behind every locations. They also take good pictures for you. This is highly recommended if you are coming to Shinjuku.

हाकोने, आशी झील और एनोशिमा के हमारे दौरे के साथ हमारा अनुभव अद्भुत रहा। हमारी गाइड, एंटोंग, शानदार थीं—शुरुआत से अंत तक मिलनसार, जानकार और व्यवस्थित। उन्होंने पूरे दिन स्पष्ट रूप से संवाद किया, सभी को समय पर रखा, और यह सुनिश्चित किया कि हमें प्रत्येक पड़ाव का आनंद लेने के लिए पर्याप्त समय मिले, बिना जल्दबाजी महसूस किए। उन्होंने उपयोगी सुझाव और दिलचस्प जानकारी भी साझा की, जिससे अनुभव और भी सुखद हो गया। एकमात्र बात यह थी कि हम माउंट फ़ूजी नहीं देख पाए, लेकिन एंटोंग की दयालुता और व्यावसायिकता वास्तव में असाधारण थी। हमारे आखिरी पड़ाव पर, मेरी बेटी खो गई और देर से आई, और एंटोंग ने धैर्यपूर्वक हमारा इंतजार किया और यह सुनिश्चित किया कि हम सभी प्रस्थान करने से पहले सुरक्षित रूप से वापस आ गए हैं। हमने उनकी देखभाल और समझ की वास्तव में सराहना की। एक सुचारू, सुव्यवस्थित दौरे के लिए एंटोंग और बस कंपनी को धन्यवाद। हमारा दिन अद्भुत रहा और हम निश्चित रूप से जापान आने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस दौरे की सलाह देंगे!

हम थोड़े भ्रमित थे क्योंकि गाइड अच्छी अंग्रेजी नहीं बोल पाती थी, लेकिन उसने गूगल ट्रांसलेट का उपयोग करके अनुवाद करने का प्रयास किया, और हमने इसकी बहुत सराहना की। हम बहुत बदकिस्मत थे क्योंकि कल एक तूफान के साथ भारी बारिश हुई थी, इसलिए हम माउंट फ़ूजी को बिल्कुल भी नहीं देख पाए। लेकिन कुल मिलाकर, हम उन जगहों से बहुत संतुष्ट थे जहाँ हमने दौरा किया, खासकर माउंट फ़ूजी 5वीं स्टेशन जहाँ बहुत ठंड थी, और सबसे अच्छी बात गोटेम्बा प्रीमियम आउटलेट्स में खरीदारी करना था। आशा है कि अगली बार फिर से आएंगे जब हम आखिरकार माउंट फ़ूजी को देख पाएंगे!
