We had a fantastic time! Thank you to our guide, Zuo-san! The itinerary was explained very clearly, and the timing was perfect. They even adjusted the schedule slightly for us to see a show and allowed us to customize it to our preferences! I've been on many bus tours like this, and this one was definitely one of the best! Highly recommend it!

Ms. Ishikawa's introduction was incredibly detailed, and having a Chinese-speaking guide was a huge plus! Ms. Ishikawa took great care of everyone and immediately remembered everyone's faces in the group, which was amazing! The overall experience was excellent. Although we only had 30 minutes at Manzamo and Kouri Island, which might be a bit short for those who love taking photos and exploring, it really tested our time management skills. We had a good amount of time at the Churaumi Aquarium. If you want to take your time looking at everything inside, it might still not be enough, but seeing the enormous whale sharks alone made it worthwhile! There's also a dolphin show, opportunities to take photos with dolphins (limited to 15 groups), and even feed them (also limited groups, very popular, so if you want to do it, you need to line up right after the show)! At the Churaumi Aquarium, Ms. Ishikawa gave a very detailed explanation of the aquarium's layout and facilities, and she reminded everyone not to take a wrong turn, or they might get lost! There are three souvenir shops, and they each sell slightly different items. If you see something you like, it's best to buy it right away, because what's available in shop A might not be in shop B, and vice versa! This was my first time booking a one-day tour, and I really enjoyed it! It was very much worth it. Highly recommend!

Purchasing the 5-in-1 ticket on the platform was convenient and affordable. I chose the package that included Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Shikina-en Garden, Kouri Ocean Tower, Shuri Castle, and Gyokusendo Cave. It was very easy to scan the QR code at the counter and exchange it for tickets, without having to wait in a long line. I've gotten used to buying tickets on this platform.

We had booked snorkeling and parasailing. Unfortunately, the weather was too bad, so the parasailing was canceled, and we received a refund within a few days.
