I was looking into other photoshoot options wearing kimonos outside but found this studio and decided to do this instead. My husband and I did a couples photoshoot and had such a great experience. The staff was very kind, explained the process clearly, and is reasonably priced. I loved the makeover process and the photographer was super helpful and guided us through poses to make the experience easy to flow through. One thing to note is there a lot of different add-on options in your makeover (hairstyles, nails, etc) and photo packages. Definitely recommend if you're in Kyoto!

Our Auntie had a great experience. The guide shared information on the rituals while being prepared for make-up and costume. extra cell phone pictures were taken while she waited for the dressing room to be available. They allowed out auntie to wait in the shop till we were able to pick her up. This company has an amazing selection of Kimonos.
