It's a bit of a shame that you can't choose your therapist. If you want to select a specific therapist, I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation and paying on-site. There's a mechanical parking garage nearby, and you can park for free on B5, but it happened to be under maintenance that day. There are plenty of scooter parking spots on the road in front, so I recommend coming by bus or scooter. The environment looked nice, and the decor was to my liking, but I'm not sure if it was because it's in the basement, there was a slight smell of smoke 🚬. This time, I was randomly assigned female therapist #29, and my companion had female therapist #23. Overall, it was pretty good; they hit all the sore spots. After the session, they provided refreshments, and the herbal tea was delicious. The service attitude was excellent.

When I come to Taiwan, I only choose Forest SPA for massages. I've tried their Zhongshan, Songjiang, and Shilin branches, and they all provide five-star service. The massage therapists are also excellent. This time I chose an oil massage, and I highly recommend therapist #68.

This was my mom's experience. She used to go to the Linkou branch, but I'm not sure if she didn't communicate clearly with the masseuse. My mom felt that her hair wasn't washed very well, so she suggested that the masseuse should ask customers about their preferences (e.g., pressure) at each step of the process. This would be more convenient and suitable for customers, especially older ones.

I went with my husband to try it out, and he really liked it. He felt that the masseuse addressed all his uncomfortable spots during the session, and he didn't feel any particular discomfort afterward. So, for friends who haven't been, I recommend giving it a try.
