Upon booking Mr Vincent of Klook was very attentive on arranging our preferred places to go. everything is on point even the day before our tour he made sure everything is properly coordinated with our guide Mr.Jaerek. Also Mr Jaerek is our guide for 2 days as we visit Saga and Fukuoka. very efficient and easy to communicate with, he drives carefully and we had a smooth ride, we enjoyed our travel so the two of them deserve a five star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...kudos for the great job!

We had a 13-person family trip spanning three generations. Since it was a self-guided tour, the driver was so important. We would have been grateful even if they just drove since they weren't a tour guide, but they were extremely punctual and seasoned veterans of the tourist spots, which made our trip so comfortable. We felt like we won an award for filial piety, and if we ever get the chance, we would really love to see them again. We are extremely satisfied.

Mike is an excellent guide. The 4 hours were very informative and entertaining. I learned many interesting things about Fukuoka's history and culture.

Although it was hot, it was a satisfying tour. Thanks to the well-organized tour, I had a pleasant trip. I always include a bus tour for one day during my trips to Japan, and I highly recommend this one! The green tea ice cream recommended by the guide was excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻

Jason, our tour guide was wonderful as he tried his best to accommodate us best way possible. It was raining all day but everyone in the bus was very patient and coping. Strawberry tasting was a delight and next was to Kitakyushu to see the legendary samurai, the Kokura Castle. our final destination was to se the wisteria display at the Kawachi Garden. Because of the rainfall, it made this play that much more mysterious and enchanting. Everyone there was in awe including me and my 92 year old aunt. After booking, customer service reached out to confirm the itinerary very quickly. They were extremely prompt with their replies and accommodated our requests as much as possible. Our driver, Mr. Hong, provided exceptional service and was very polite. Since a family member needed a wheelchair, Mr. Hong proactively helped with getting in and out of the vehicle multiple times. His thoughtful and attentive service gave us great peace of mind. During the trip, Mr. Hong also enthusiastically introduced the sights along the way, making the entire journey quite pleasant. Highly recommended!
