The day before, they kindly sent a KakaoTalk message with directions on where to go. Thanks to that, I found the check-in counter without any trouble. It took about two hours by big boat from Rassada Pier to Phi Phi Island, and we even cruised around Koh Phi Phi Leh on the way, like a sightseeing tour. The price seemed reasonable, the crew members were friendly, and the restrooms were kept quite clean. Thanks to them, my trips to and from Phi Phi Island were smooth. I'm satisfied.

First, I had a bit of trouble because the address for the Andaman Wave booth provided by Klook was incorrect. Please correct it! It turns out the location is right at Tonsai Pier, so I was lost even though it was right in front of me, haha. There was only about a 1,000-2,000 won difference between Klook's price and the local price, so it was very useful since I was short on cash. It took two hours to get to the island, which felt frustrating, so paying double to get there quickly was definitely better. Anyway, I used it well.

What Can we say in one word. Incredible!! our flight was delayed 3 hours, but still Mr. Pim insisted Waiting. He became our Big Brother and assisted us in our all needs. we enjoyed perfectly. we recommend everyone to take this Service.

लोम्प्रयाह के साथ मेरी यात्रा बहुत अच्छी रही। फेरी का स्टाफ मिलनसार और मददगार था। को फांगन से को ताओ के लिए यदि फेरी बदलनी न पड़ती तो सफर और भी अधिक सुगम होता क्योंकि इसमें समय लगा, लेकिन इस बात को समझा जा सकता है।

The driver arrived on time, assisted with loading the luggage & got us to the airport earlier than expected. The vehicle was lovely & clean. We felt safe with his driving. Couldn't fault the service.

We used this service for our transfer from Khao Lak to our hotel in Phuket. We were provided with the car's license plate number in advance. Upon pickup, the driver and hotel staff coordinated well, so we were able to board smoothly without any confusion, guided by the hotel staff. There were three of us, and since two of our suitcases were large, we opted for a larger vehicle.
