Service was fulfilled by China Travel Services, so it was very professional and the driver, Mr. Liu was very helpful, safe, and punctual. very satisfied with the service overall, never felt unsafe, and his communication of the plan for pickups and what not were rock solid.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

the driver is great he did communicate well the meeting point and tried his best to translate and communicate with me during my trip

driver is very nice, I have chosen the right choice of my1st visit here. thank you so much for this service.
