The hotel is conveniently located 3-5 minutes from Yamagata Station, offering excellent transportation access. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms feature separate wet and dry areas with large bathtubs, providing exceptional comfort. On the first floor, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and a famous Yonezawa beef restaurant. Overall, its convenient location, modern facilities, and comfortable spaces make it highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in during our trip. The best location as it is connected to the train station, and in front of the building is the bus stop and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The room is beautiful and clean, and the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Also, they gave us coupons :)

Everything is perfect for this hotel. There is public parking lot next to hotel 24hr cost only 500 yen and can walk to the back door of hotel. Free drink and icecream from checkin time to 4pm and also 80 bowls of free yamagata soba from 8-10pm. Room is big enough to fit 2 people. Walk distrance to Kajo park. I love this hotel

The walk from the hotel to Yamagata Station took longer than expected. The hotel hallways were too dimly lit; the manager could install brighter lights. However, the hotel's breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly, which was a big plus.

The hotel is a bit of a distance from Yamagata Station, but it's right next to Mitsukoshi Department Store, making shopping convenient. It includes breakfast, and the room rate is very good. However, the space is quite small. We had three people, and one of the beds was an extra bed. The bathroom was also very small, and the carpeted floor showed its age. The hot water kettle was an old-fashioned insulated type, which wasn't very convenient for filling with water. We chose this place mainly because of the affordable price.

We joined the tour departing from Tokyo Station on Friday. Our guide wisely arranged for us to visit Zao's "snow monsters" first, avoiding the weekend crowds. We were also fortunate to have decent weather with some sunshine, allowing us to photograph the snow monsters before they completely melted. On the second day, Ginzan Onsen wasn't as beautiful as much of the snow had melted. However, the weather was excellent when we visited the Fox Village!

Our tour guide also served as the driver and was very responsible, ensuring everything was well-arranged. The tickets he purchased were for the first row, which was an excellent spot and great value for money. The hotel arranged in the middle of the trip was an old Japanese inn, providing a wonderful experience. The other two attractions were also fantastic; the hot springs would have been perfect if visited in winter. The itinerary design was very good. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that the hotel we returned to after the Nebuta Festival was quite far. While the tourists weren't too tired, sleeping through the journey, the driver worked incredibly hard, driving for several hours late into the night. I suggest optimizing this part of the route.
