My family of 6 (including 2 elders and 2 kids) booked a private tour of Busan and customized our itinerary. Our driver/guide Johnny was wonderful. He communicated with us about our itinerary prior to our arrival and helped us book Sky Calsule tix beforehand. We were able to do a lot in one day because he was efficient and very helpful. Johnny made recommendations for places to eat, and took us to a cockles restaurant in Haeundae which was the best meal we had in Korea! Johnny spoke both English and Chinese, which was super helpful for our parents. He also shared a lot about the places we visited and Busan overall. He made our trip enjoyable and memorable! Highly recommend this tour if you want the best sights of Korea! Booked a trip to Pohang and I saw everything I wanted and even more! It was the best day as we saw Cherry Blossoms, Canola Flowers and even had special sights by our tour guide Dony to the ocean! Dony + the driver were patient and always waited for us, telling us to take our time. Dony was always ready to take photos for us too and even added special effects with the cherry blossom flowers 😂🌸and was very knowledgeable on Korea. Overall I highly recommend this service and if Dony is your tour guide you’ll have the best day ever!

Really recommened for a group with elders. We're a group with 7 ppl, 4 of us are the elders and have problem with walking. Private car really help us to enjoy Busan without worrying about the transport connection. We all appteciated our guide, Jenny. She really helpful and has a great service mind. She halped us a lot, for example, observing the new travel destination that she has never been there before sending us, calling the Diamond Bay to sereve the seat for us, walking together at Haedong Yonggungsa temple for guide us, recommending the nice restaurants, taking photo for us without asking, etc. Lucky that we got her!!

Our tour guide Jack made our time in Busan absolutely memorable! He expertly led us through stunning sites like the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and the breathtaking Oryukdo Skywalk. At Jagalchi Market, I was initially worried about being overcharged for seafood, but Jack’s guidance made all the difference. He helped us navigate the market confidently, allowing us to enjoy fresh Busan seafood without any worries. When we missed our Blue Line train, Jack went above and beyond by purchasing 12 Blue Line tickets with his own money, showcasing his dedication to our experience. His friendly demeanor and local insights truly enhanced our adventure in Busan. I highly recommend Jack as a tour guide!

There were 8 of us, so it was rather worthwhile. Our driver, YB, contacted us the day before by WhatsApp. He was accommodating when we asked for a later pickup time. The van was spacious and clean. YB spoke English and Mandarin fluently. He brought us to Amisan Observatory (which was unfortunately closed that day). He shared historical information about the Nakdong River, the largest river in Korea, which was the last line of defence in the Korean War. He then brought us to the Gamcheon Cultural Village and waited for us while we wandered down the meandering paths of the colourful village. Our next stop was Jagalchi Market. He followed us to help us communicate with the seafood seller. He also took us to the dried goods section. He then took us to Songdo Skywalk, which was closed for repairs due to damage by typhoon some months back. This was followed by a trip to Magnate, the cafe owned BTS member Jimin's dad. I am not a fan of BTS, but the cafe was well decorated and spacious. We were already past the 8 hours, but YB did not rush us. He then took us back to our hotel in Haeundae Beach and pointed us to a pork soup and rice (a Busan speciality) restaurant nearby. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The trip was fun. We could go to more far-flung places without having to worry about routes. YB was knowledgeable and pleasant. We agree that it was money well spent.

當天接待我們一家是Dony能說流利英語, 當天還預先幫我們代訂了sky capsule 和午餐嘅地方，他人有禮有耐性及細心我媽媽行動不便需坐輪椅，Dony在白淺灘文化村行程中媽媽不下車，我們4人下了車，他還安排我媽媽坐在車上兜風講解所有行程，全日行程安排得非常好不能盡碌，還加插帶了我們去扎嘎其漁市場吃了一項豐富嘅晚餐，他的安排家人個個讚不絕口，第二天我們便要離開釜山他還wts app我們問候我們，他真的非常非常非常好，我下次再回釜山一定會找他。👍🏻👍🏻💯

Our driver Mr Dony is super. He msg me before my trip for all the planning. He also help me to make reservation for our sky capsule ride. The van is clean and spacious. In the whole journey, he explains the history of Busan. My family enjoyed this trip. We recommend if you are traveling in big family.

My driver and tour guide was Jenny. She was really enthusiastic, kind, knew a lot about Busan and gave us a lot of useful advice. When we had extra time left on our schedule, she took us to another place. Because in Busan, traveling by subway or bus is more difficult than Seoul, renting a car with a driver is a great decision. I look forward to introducing Jenny to everyone and my friends. Although the trip only lasted 1 day, it was memorable.

If you are wondering whether the extra charge for a guide is worth it - then I say yes definitely do it (especially if you are in a big group!) Super convenient pick up/drop off service. Dony and Jenny were so kind and offered valuable information about Busan while keeping the tour fun and enjoyable. I had a rough itenary in mind and we went through it together in the morning to plan the most perfect day for our group of 7. Private tours mean you can go at your own place and not have to stop into random stores because they don't receive commission from merchants. Dony gave us heaps of tips for our following days in Busan and shared his yummy food maps with us so we can navigate the streets to find our own delicious meals without him. Would reccomend to anyone coming to Busan to save time, stress and to be able to sit back and enjoy Busan rather than trying to navigate it.
