This service was so useful. we used from hotel to Narita terminal one, but I advise anyone who uses, to read up so it works well for you to start preparing the communications and steps to make it run smoothly. One: Make sure you have an internet service to hand. you will need to send emails and if required have what's app or similar service in case of important need to communicate. Also while most phones will display be aware they will send photos of meet up place and of the drivers van. two: Keep a note on a calendar/diary on when you need to send and check you had updates from luggagent. Plus to pack up bags or at least take photos of (so luggagent know what they are being asked to carry). Three: Depending on where you're staying, do make sure you work out the luggage storage collection process with the reception early in your stay. Let the reception know and ensure you have pen and paper so you can write the notice they(luggagent) ask you to. personally I would pack the bags I need transferred the night before and get all in place so you can take the relevant photos to send to luggagent so confirmation can be done as early as possible. Do think ahead of time about the time from picking up luggage to checking in at the airport. Our driver was spot on in fact a minute or more before agreed time and while our skyliner to Narita terminal 1 got in 15 minutes before agreed time. It took me a little while to workout my way up the escalators to the departures car drop off section and then be ready to scan and look out for the agent. I walked briskly and was lucky I could run up all the escalators as everyone was standing to the left. I managed to get in place in ten minutes, but I would advise those who rather take a less hectic dash through a station they think 20 to 30 minutes. also don't forget to have luggage trolley to hand. Make sure you have your glasses on or a person with good eyesight. it is a wide horseshoe shape area so vehicles can be a long way from where you are. The drop off section is quite big and of course busy so where the agent can go and park can vary.luckily as I was in meetup location early, I saw the agents van arrive (a photo had been sent by luggagent via email and I had seen and met him at the hotel by chance). If there are two or more of you looking out for the van and driver it may help. lastly I have to praise our driver Yamaguchi a lovely man and a great representative of Luggagent. his English ok but not comprehensive but a great communicator. The service was a blessing for us as it meant we could travel back after spending the morning "hold luggage" free. For us the ability to send off our luggage and get to the airport faster than by road (skyliner) in a car which is a minimum of one hour (depending on time of day could be much longer) and only 45 minutes by skyliner.Was worth it, we managed some time having a nice Sushi meal and then time spent in Uneo park relaxing.

Super convenient service! They picked up my luggage directly from my hotel in Tokyo, and I got it back at the airport right before my flight. it is truly an amazing service just book, leave your luggage and when you arrive at airport let them know which I did via WhatsApp Being from Australia it’s a totally different experience but most trustworthy. Will use them again next trip. The driver was very professional in his handling when dropping off. Photos of the bags journey was sent to keep us updated. The last 3 pictures are just my randoms 🤣🤣

We booked them twice for our trip, to and from Narita Airport T2 to our hotel. As someone who is definitely not a light packer, I highly recommend them. Very convenient, easy to communicate with via email and Whatsapp, and accommodating with our requests especially on schedule changes. Would definitely recommend and get them again when we go back to Japan.

낯선 사람에게 짐을 맡긴다는 사실이 너무 불안했는데 결과적으로 대만족입니다. 공항에서 호텔건 서브스도 예약했는데 결국은 직원분을 못만나고 노발대발하며 여장에 올랐지요. 외국 업체가 되다보니 우리 정서에 맞는 안내와는 전혀 다른게 미스인듯해요. 사무실이 있는게 아니기 때문에 정말 정확한 안내가 필요해 보입니다. 1T기준 남쪽출구4층 S1앞에 대기되어 있는 차중 흰색 미니 봉고를 찾으시면 됩니다. 여기서 중요한건 카톡번호를 넘겨 달라고 했는데 인스타로 연락 취하면 즉답을 받을수 있어요. 가방을 호텔측에 맡길때 사진을 찍어 반드시 프론터에 맡겼다는 메일을 보내야 합니다. 정말 심하다 싶을 정도로 확인 또 확인하세요. 도쿄 도착때처럼 직원을 못만나 집에 돌아가지 못하면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 엄청 친절하신 기사분이 먼저 오셔서 기다리고 계셨습니다. 팀렛이랑 오다이바 구경하고 지하철을 몇번을 갈아타고 돌아다녔는데 만약 캐리어가 있었더라면 어찌되었을까 생각만해도 아찔합니다. 6만원 내고 편하게 일정을 이어나가는걸 강추합니다. 쿨룩에서 환불절차 처리 잘해 주신것도 깊은 감사드립니다. 캐리어를 호텔에 맡길때의 사진 첨부합니다.

Do provide hotel address and they Will pick on time. i arrive Narita AirPort an hour earlier than my booking pick up time which i watsapp / e-mail them an hour ahead ; they able to arrange and Meet me earlier. very good Service and highly recommend all to use for convenient going around.
