Highly recommend this service. We use it to send our difficulty to carry duffle bag to the Haneda aiport ahead of us. We dropped it off before 9am in the morning at our hotel and when it it arrived at the airport, they send me an email. We picked it up at the airport on the 3rd floor of terminal 3. We love this service and will use it again and again. The price is so worth the convenience of traveling hands free.

best decision ever! don’t have to lug the luggage around. they are very prompts in email! also update when they picked and delivered the luggage. downside is that cannot add on luggage once purchased

Convenient and hassle free. My check-out time was 10am and check-in to my next hotel was 3pm, good decision I booked this, I roamed around freely and conveniently. They also send you update via email once they pick up your luggage from your previous hotel and once delivered.Thank you Klook.
