Despite the sweltering heat, we had a wonderful day. Zin was friendly, enthusiastic, and informative, sharing interesting facts about each attraction while ensuring everyone was comfortable. The bus driver was also professional and drove safely. Highlights included the beautiful coastal views at Hamdeok Beach, Seongeup Folk Village, and a delicious lunch featuring Jeju black pork BBQ, with bibimbap available as a vegetarian option. We also visited Gwangchigi Beach, watched the fascinating Woman Diver Show, admired the volcanic landscape and ocean views at Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, and explored the impressive formations inside Manjang Cave. Zin was especially helpful in finding great photo spots and assisting with pictures. Ending the tour at Dongmun Traditional Market was convenient and enjoyable. With its excellent mix of beaches, culture, food, and natural scenery, this tour was well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to see Jeju’s highlights in one day.

This is my first trip to Jeju Island. I looked up Klook for some suggestions and Yeha tour had some good tour itineraries. I booked the East Jeju Essentials tour and our tour leader was Jeju Mama, Elin. The tour was planned so well and it was a great introduction to the Eastern parts of Jeju for my first time. Elin made the trip so enjoyable by being the perfect host. Being a local, she divulged so much information about the island, tradition and culture. She looked after us so well. The walk along the beach and having a chilled drink at the beach was a great start to the tour. At the folk village, she made it so interactive and it was fun especially while playing the game. The stir-fried pork recommendation was delicious. Later, at the Haenyeo divers show, she found us good spots to watch the show. I was glad to have hiked up to the peak and we could see the aerial view. Later, the walk along the lava tube cave was so exhilarating and fun. Thank you Yeha tour and Jeju Mama!

海灘很乾淨，有點曬，不過吹吹風很棒，村莊很有特色，是用火山岩石跟泥土蓋的，午餐吃了炒黑豬肉，希望可以跟另外一個行程一樣，去有海鮮跟其他多種料理的餐廳，讓客人有多一點選擇。海女表演很酷，真的一下下就抓到章魚跟撿到很多個海螺，那老奶奶看起來70歲了還要上班真不容易🥹，萬丈窟超級大，比越南下龍灣大很多，也很漂亮，裡面只有大概18度，外面26度，溫差大要帶外套，然後我還在外面草叢看到黃鼠狼，超級酷。整體來說行程很棒，導遊Clara很親切，很認真解說，這邊離市區都有一段距離，獨旅的話還是跟團方便

We had an amazing time exploring the east side of Jeju! The itinerary was well-planned, from Hamdok beach, Seongeup Folk Village to the Haenyeo Diving Performance, Seongsan Ilchulbong and the world's finest lava cave. a Unesco site. (Manjanggul Lava Tube) Every stop was beautiful and gave us a chance to learn more about Jeju's culture and history. A special thank you to our tour guide, Clara, for making the trip even more enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and on time. She explained each destination clearly and shared interesting stories that made the tour more meaningful. We highly recommend this tour, especially if Clara is your guide. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful and memorable experience in Jeju!

Me encantó el tour,ya que tiene una mezcla de explicación de historia y a la vez te dan tiempo libre en cada parada para que veas y te tomes fotos. El tour me lo dio Clara, que fue una chica buenísima que siempre te preguntaba si estabas bien a cada uno. También nos recomendaba ir rápido a pillar sitio para ver el show de las buceadoras, e incluso te ayudaba a buscar sitio. Aconsejo que lleven dinero en efectivo porque tendréis que pagar para el menú de media tarde que son entre 10000-12000, aunque también podéis pagar con tarjeta.

We were lucky enough to have Haley again for our Jeju East course tour, and somehow she was just as amazing—if not better—the second time around. By this point, we already knew we were in good hands, but she still went above and beyond to make the experience feel fresh, organized, and really enjoyable. The day flowed perfectly, and she balanced timing so well that we got to see everything without feeling rushed. Highlights included exploring Seongsan Ilchulbong, learning about local culture at Seongeup Folk Village, and seeing the incredible Haenyeo diver show. She also made sure we didn’t miss special moments—like the cherry blossoms along Noksan-ro, which honestly made the day feel even more memorable. What really stands out about Haley is her consistency—she’s organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about everyone having a good experience. Even small things, like coordinating our airport drop-off smoothly, made a big difference. .

I really enjoyed the East tour on the 31st May and it was perfect weather given the many outdoor activities we had. Haley was a great guide in teaching us simple Korean words (I was surprised to learn the Jeju dialect is very different to the mainland) and telling us about her experiences while growing up in Jeju so we could understand the culture more. The lava cave walk was a refreshing cool walk after the day’s heat. I would definitely recommend the tour!

I booked both the East and South/West tours, and joining a group tour was the best decision as a solo traveler in Jeju. It made exploring so much easier without needing to rent a car or spend a lot on private transportation. I really enjoyed every place we visited, the views were absolutely breathtaking and everything was well organized from start to finish. One unexpected highlight for me was the haenyeo performance… I don’t know why, but it made me a bit emotional. It was such a beautiful and touching experience. But above all, what made these tours truly memorable was having the sweetest, Clara as the guide for both tours. She is incredibly cheerful, kind, and attentive always making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and was having a great time. She shared so much about the culture and traditions, and even took the initiative to help take photos and look after everyone. I’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Clara as your guide! 💗

Eric is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had! Throughout the tour, he shared fascinating insights into the customs and traditions of the Jeju people, enriching my understanding of the island's unique culture. At each stop, he explained the distinct ways of life in Jeju, which made the experience even more memorable. I especially appreciated that he was open to questions and suggestions from the group, creating an interactive and engaging atmosphere. A highlight was when Eric recommended we visit the canola flowers and cherry blossoms at the same time — it was truly the perfect experience! Highly recommend this tour and Eric as a guide!
