मैं आयोजकों, ड्राइवर और विशेष रूप से हमारी गाइड - सैडी सहित पूरी टीम के संगठन और काम की बहुत सराहना करना चाहूँगा! यह दौरा पूरी तरह से व्यवस्थित था और इसके बाद मैं खुद को लगभग एक स्थानीय नागरिक जैसा महसूस कर रहा हूँ। सैडी बहुत पेशेवर हैं और उनकी अंग्रेजी उत्कृष्ट है! मैं पूरे दिन के दौरे को चुनने की अत्यधिक सलाह देता हूँ!

ich bin leider zu spät gekommen, aber der Guide hat mir dennoch noch eine kleine Einführung gegeben und ich konnte direkt mit anschließen!~ Die Tour war sehr angenehm und man könnte dem Guide gut folgen, sehr informativ und empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

Our tour guide, Yeoni, was a very friendly and enthusiastic person. It was just a bit disappointing that she was late to our meetup point that's why she wasn't able to talk about the first location which was the Jogyesa temple. But other than that, the tour is worth it.

Klook is just one of the best app i have ever used , since 2019 i have found out about klook i have always got the best experience, i had a memorable time in Korea with klook and we had a great tour guide, spoke very good english her name is YEONI Jin, great person, funny and proffesional, we enjoyed our time . Guide was friendly, even though it was a public holiday and super busy and crowded, pur guide made the tour enjoyable.

What really stood out was how she stayed true to Korean culture, respectfully and authentically sharing traditions, history, and meanings in a way that felt genuine and immersive. We had such a wonderful experience with Katie as our guide! From the very beginning, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly personality. She’s not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and attentive, always making sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and looked after. Katie brought a special human touch to the experience that really made it memorable. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great guide—she made our day unforgettable!

The tour guide, Miel, speaks English very well. She knows a lot about the places visited. It was a good experience. However, the tour is a bit rushed since the time is limited. You would not have much time to move around on your own.

I highly enjoyed this tour of the amazing palace and gardens in autumn colours. The guide provided the right amount of information at each stop. She also was very helpful in ensuring that we got the best photos including for the changing of the guards. Would recommend.
