Must book when traveling with senior citizens and/or PWD! You don't have to think about anything once you arrive Caticlan Airport. Just get on the bus going to the port. This includes the boat transfer and the van going to the hotel. Definitely hassle-free!

We booked our airport transfer with Southwest Tours Boracay, and the entire process was smooth and well-managed. From the moment we landed at Caticlan Airport, their staff was easy to find and very organized. They guided us through each step of the journey—van transfer, boat ride, and the final shuttle to our hotel. The vans were clean and air-conditioned, and the boat transfer was quick and safe. The overall the experience was really good. The driver was there on time, easy to spot, and super helpful with my bags. The car was clean and comfy, and the ride was smooth — no complaints there. The only weird part was getting an email later that night saying I was a “no-show,” even though I had already been picked up and dropped off hours earlier. It didn’t affect the trip, but it was a bit confusing. Aside from that little hiccup, everything else went perfectly. I’d still recommend them and would use the service again — just maybe double-check the backend to avoid mix-ups like that.
