we had a great experience interacting with the 2 small owls. the owner is very friendly and informative about the owls.

We had such a wonderful experience at Animal Encounter Cafe! We were running about 30 minutes late since we weren’t familiar with the subway system, and they were incredibly kind and patient. She waited for us and made us feel completely welcome. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the visit even more enjoyable. And the bush monkey was absolutely adorable, such a special and memorable experience! We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend visiting. Thank you again for your kindness!

My family had a great experience interacting with the monkey and the hedgehog the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could have seen the owl but that wasn’t an option 😔
