Amazing private tour! Our guide Mr Ko was very friendly, and knowledgeable to advise whether the places we wanted to go is reasonable for 9 hours and what the best route would be. We covered 5 places in the end (Osulloc Tea Museum > Camellia Hill > Usangjeolli Cliff > Yakcheonsa Temple > Cheonjiyeon Falls) including lunch where we asked him to take us somewhere with abalone porridge and black pork BBQ. Overall it was a superb experience as you get the flexibility to choose where you want to go and have a customised experience. Highly recommend!!

Our Guide was Mr. Kim Il Soo and he was very accommodating. He arrived on time and brought us around Jeju Island. He recommended good places for us to visit since it was our first time in Jeju. Jeju Island is easier to roam around when you have a private transportation, we were so happy we availed one and decided to use the private transpo rather than joining group tours since we personalized our trip to the areas we wanted to see. Mr. Kim made sure that we get to enjoy our trip. We appreciate him also for trying to speak in english and pointing out the tourist spots. Mr Oh was very accommodating, friendly & patient with our booking. It was raining heavily but he made sure our itinerary was not affected. He even made sure we get as little wet as possible, we completed our itinerary & had time so he brought us to a nice cafe with beautiful seaview! Will recommend this to those who prefers a private transportation for their customer itinerary!

Very comfortable and easy way to travel around Jeju island if you don’t want to drive. After booking at the Klook, the company contacted me by WhatsApp (or your preferred way) about the driver details and confirmed the iternary. Our driver, Andy is very helpful and give us many useful information about Jeju. His English is very good. And he told us where about to buy fruit in the E-mart just next to my hotel (which I did not notice). He drive us to the entrance of the places and showed us the way or how to but the tickets. After finish the site-seeing, just texted him and he came back to pick us up just a few minutes. In conclusion, it is a very convenient way to visit this beautiful Jeju Island.

We had a very obliging and responsive driver/tour guide, Andy. He is able to communicate to us in English and Mandarin. He can also speak korean. He brought us to various sight-seeing places and even shared some history of Jeju with us. He also recommended us to nice food places in Jegu. Thumbs up for Andy. Do choose him if you intend to come to Jeju for a tour.

10/10 tour with Shim! Our group of 4 fit comfortably and we went to all of our tour destinations! We got done at about 9 hours and Shim even let us see a couple more destinations along the way. Highly recommend this tour as it takes away the guess work for you and let’s you relax. If you’re a planner, do this so YOU can enjoy your vacation and relax. Great service!

It is our 2nd and final day in Jeju. Mr Oh, our guide punctually picked us up from our hotel before proceeding with the tour. At the end of the tour, he dropped us at the Jeju Airport as per our request. Mr Oh, also the guide for our day 1 tour had been very accommodating. We visited 3 places of interest in the itinerary as the 4th place, Seogwipo Forest of Healing was closed for maintenance. Instead, Mr Oh brought us to visit Mt Hallasan National Park and Halla Arboretum as we still had enough time before check-in time at airport. Indeed, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.

Our guide, jeju qiange, was the best guide we have had throughout our time in Korea. We had a private tour and he came to pick us up on time at the hotel. We planned our own itinerary and he was able to fulfill our itinerary in one day (we went to 6 places on the east coast)! He speaks good Mandarin and English. At each place, he bought the tickets for us (we paid him at the end of the tour) and gave us time to enjoy the places on our own. We'd meet at the parking lot and he didn't even mind when we went a little over for taking photos! He suggested a great Jjajangmyeon place for lunch and at the end of the tour, we wanted to go to a famous bakery. He didn't mind driving us there, which took about 40 mins, but unfortunately, there was a long line so we weren't able to buy anything. All in all, we had a great experience with him and would definitely like to have him as our tour guide again when we come back to Jeju! Thanks!

Andy is our driver/tour guide. He is very patient and accomodating. He brought us to many different places to explore. Moreover, he is able to communicate in korean, english and mandarin. Thumbs up for his service.

This was our 2nd day booking for a private car on Jeju Island. Lucky to have the same driver Andy, who is helpful and friendly. Convenient door to door travel, from first hotel, then site-seeing at different places, then to the 2nd hotel. No need to worry about the hotel transfer. But of course need to add distance fee as we moved to 2nd hotel at different district. Andy gave us many useful information about Jeju. He drove us directly to the places, showed us the way of buying tickets or entrance, came back promptly after we finished the visit. He is a very responsible and helpful person. Recommend those who want to travel through Jeju Island in a comfortable way and those with many luggage and kids. Very good!
