The room was not attended to unless requested which we didn't know. WiFi and reception for phones was poor.

Neat and tidy room, very friendly staff and super quiet place to stay. Bathroom is very small, but great water pressure. Centrally located and easy to find. Make sure you bring your own toiletries. Its the little things that could be improved on like dusting skirting boards and making sure there is enough coffee and milk for the occupants for the duration of their stay

This is a terrible place. Dirty, noisy, nothing like the pictures of the room I selected. There was a 2 seater lounge for 4 adults, there was very uncomfortable chairs at the table, so that was a poor alternative. There was someone else’s underwear in a cupboard. There was a smoke detector.hanging from the ceiling with no battery. There was 2 bowls for 4 people, but that was okay, because there was only 2 spoons too! The back of the toilet was dirty and the general condition of the bathroom was poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Location good for restaurants and other supplies. Air conditioning good, clean room. Bathroom was a shoebox, far too small.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our room overlooking the lakes.

Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the shower leaked which had previously damaged the bottom of the door due to water. The air con did not work properly and was loud - probably needed a service. It was also leaking some brownish coloured liquid on the wall. Whilst there is parking on site, there is not enough parking for all the rooms and this is not allocated, meaning that we had to park out on the main road. I would absolutely not stay at this property or recommend.

Room needed dusting, floor mopped. No soap holder in shower. Glass TV table missing leg
