Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400 for one night.

Very clean, great facility. Need more information when booking, like two story town house. Probably not great for toddlers that can potentially break their leg falling down the stairs

We stayed in room 408 which was a 2 bedder apartment style setting. The carpet was worn, the couch was disgusting. For a room that was $500 a night the room quality was poor. Extremely overpriced for what you get and unfortunately there is no value for money The staff, restaurant spa were amazing Would I stay here again? Probably not. We have raised our concerns with management both in person and via email and still waiting for a response.
