Be Aware Before You Book
Communication can be challenging, as many staff members have very limited English skills. Be prepared to bring plenty of patience. At times, it may be difficult both to understand and to make yourself understood.
The hotel's restaurants are not bad at all—the service and food are good—but the prices can feel absurdly high when compared to restaurants of a similar quality elsewhere in the city. Consider using them only as a last resort.
That said, the hotel itself is excellent. It is very well located directly across from the Convention Center and offers a great combination of quality and reasonable room rates. Highly recommended, provided you keep the above considerations in mind.
