We had two days stay in this hotel. After checking in, there are some problems with toilet. We asked to change room. But it is worse. We can hear loud current noise (room 101) . We can’t fall asleep at all. The service attitude is really terrible. Never choose it again

Forced essays have never been my favorite thing. I gave a rating on my time, don't demand more.

Check-in took more than an hour. Their system wasn’t working for some reason and they had no other way of proceeding. Came back 2h later and they had the same problem. Finally we were given keys to a room that was already assigned to other guests. We were then assigned another room which did not have a king sized bed, even though we had paid extra for one. Would not recommend.

My teen son and I had a wonderful stay. Our room was very spacious with a big deck, separate bedroom and a new kitchen. Both the bed and hide-bed were very comfortable. We received $7.00 vouchers per day per person to spend at à great little Cafe on the main floor of the hotel and this was an unexpected surprise, as we enjoyed pastries and coffees every morning. The location was great. It is very close to the museum, parks, Ottawa river, restaurants with patios, à convenience store is accross thé street, and you can walk into downtown Ottawa within 15-20 minutes. (or 5 min by car). There is also a fantastic bagel shop just a few blocks away that makes fresh to order bagels (in a wood fire oven), soups and sandwiches. The only issues we had during our stay were minor. À couple of lights were burned out, thé soap dispenser needed repair in the bathroom, and on one of our trips to our room, our room keys didn’t work and we had to have them reset, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great experience!!! Love the hotel!!! The only issue was the check-in. It took us an hour to check in when we came at 4 PM. Are there any suggestions about that for next time? Should we come earlier or what do you think you could do to improve the check-in time?

Would def not recommend, hallways stink, people doing construction work with power tools early in the morning while we’re trying to sleep! Zero sound proof, rooms are dirty the couche had lots of dirty stains, some wall plugs weren’t working and the staff was extremely rude and altitude! Somebody should teach them hospitality!!

The hotel is clean but little more to recommend it. Parking is very awkward; the spaces are sized for small cars so if you have anything larger than a compact vehicle you’ll need to be sent to a secondary lot several blocks away. There is only one staff attend and for most of the day. Checking takes a long time because of long lines and getting any other help takes long as well. Our room was not cleaned and when we (stood in line) to ask for clean towels, we were told to return to the desk later. The suites are a good size but the living room has large windows without blackout blinds. This make using the foldout couch as a bed problematic as the room will be full of sunlight at dawn and the room heats up very quickly. There is only one AC unit per suite which is significantly underpowered to service the entire space. As a result, the bedroom was too warm during our entire visit. Kitchen facilities are expected in a suite but there are no towels, soap, oven mitts and only two coffee servings (and no creamer) provided. The “included” breakfast is a $7 coupon for the overpriced coffee kiosk in the lobby. Coffee and a (not fresh) breakfast sandwich cost around $10 plus tip. The location is a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Old Hull so the location is reasonable.

It was our second stay and we loved it.
