I stayed 6 nights in June 2026. The room(s) were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was of high quality. The staff was excellent. The hotel is located in a convenient location close to many good eating places and many attractions like the Ben Thanh market. I give 5 stars as I did enjoy my stay and I do feel... lenient. There are a few improvements to be made, though: 1. The bathtub shows its age. There is really not enough light in the room, especially at the desk. I could barely work when it's dark outside. There may be people who are digital nomads and need a decent desk. 2. The biggest inconvenience to me was the remodeling noise. While I appreciate the effort to modernize, I did suffer since my room on the 5th floor was directly below the repair. I could not hear my phone ring! At some point, I had to leave the room as a headache started. It was terrible. Most guests don't stay during the remodeling hours, but still, if they cannot even stay in the room, this is simply bad. I didn't know when I booked that the rooms at times were not livable. I did see an apology note on the desk, but it looks like the rates I paid were comparable to my sister's. who was on a higher floor. So, the apology note was too late and too unfair.

This hotel is in a great location with access to restaurants, bars and markets. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We booked the panorama suite which had good views and we enjoyed the pool and dinner that we had at the hotel. Our main concern was that the corridors on our top floor didn’t seem to be air-conditioned and the room aircon turned off every time we left as it relied on the door keycard to operate. It wasn’t pleasant to return to a hot room after sightseeing. In the end we asked for an extra room key to keep the room cool while we were out. Breakfast buffet was adequate for us. Good value for the location.

Stuffs who works there are great. Just need to fix the followings. 1) Towel, towel, towel. Very stink. Their towels are very old, thin, coarse and smells like brackets of charcoal. The worst towels ever been provided in my life. 2) coffee….is very cold at breakfast. I always have to ask them warm up by microwave. Rack of variation of meals. After a few days, I got totally bored of breakfast buffet. I do not give them 4 star ratings. I give them max 2 stars.

Room was a bit small but comfortable. All other aspects were very good. Food and drinks were a bit pricey but it was easy access to go out! The breakfast had very good selection and service

Very comfortable hotel with good location in HCMC, nice clean rooms with good beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the WiFi was unstable and kept falling out, very frustrating, not adequate for a 4 star hotel, so I have to deduct a point for that. The breakfast was good but the bread was poor, bland and tasteless, there is much nicer bread available in Saigon than this so Eden Star Hotel should try changing the baker, deduct 0,5 points for that, so 3,5 out of 5

Overall we enjoyed the stay except for the shower. The shower was dangerous.

Simply awesome.

All good.. could use Hair Conditioner, that’s it .
