I hate to write this review because it exposes to the world what a true hidden gem this place is. This has been, without question, one of my best trips to Mexico. The Bahia team exceeded every expectation, from the amenities to the location to the staff.
Amenities: The Sur Beach Club was top‑notch. Jocabed arranged our reservation, and the food and drinks were absolutely world‑class. It’s a quick walk from the property, and the sauna and pool were spotless and beautifully maintained.
Location: Perfectly situated with plenty of great restaurants just steps away.
Staff: Exceptionally attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming.
Room: Very clean and well maintained. You can hear cars outside if someone has a loud muffler, but it never woke me up or disrupted my stay.
This was our first non all‑inclusive stay, and we’re officially converted. We’ll definitely be back. Huge kudos to the manager and the entire team for keeping this place running at such a high standard.
