I booked a “deluxe” room with a valley view, but the window was frosted/shaded like a bathroom window — so much for the view. The shower had almost no water pressure and made a loud, unsettling noise, like the pipes were about to burst.
We were charged for parking, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got — $75 is hard to justify. we paid over $300 for a deluxe room with two queen beds and a “view,” which felt like a significant overcharge given the experience.
The pool and hot tub were overrun with kids, some unsupervised, and staff didn’t seem to care or step in. When I raised concerns, I was told that booking directly with the hotel next time would get me better service — which isn’t exactly reassuring when I’m already a paying guest.
I won’t be staying or recommending this place.
