Welcoming and accommodating staff made for a pleasant stay. We visited during the World Cup and appreciated the complimentary daily water provided for each guest. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of Zona Chapultepec, offering easy access to great nightlife and a variety of dining options. The pool area was enjoyable, while the on-site restaurant was average.

Better food on breakfast

We stayed in a suit style room with a bed, living room w/ 2 sofa beds, walk-in closet, bathroom. The room and property were clean and staff were very attentive. My only complaint is the lack of hot water in the showers. At best it would reach a lukewarm temperature and at worst it was tap cold.

The ac was not able to keep up and the pool was gross on a couple of days. Parking was great!

Clean and get ready before renting

The atmosphere was lovely. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but the staff was nice and the hotel is so cute. It really set the tone for my stay in Guadalajara. The only things I would say is the bathroom kind of smelled due to what seemed like sewage issues, but it didn’t ruin the stay for me. Loved the little patio we got and the pool, which was so warm. I would highly recommend this hotel to any budget traveler.
